Payment procedure

You have the possibility to choose between different payment methods. Your bank account or credit card account will be debited immediately after your order has been processed, usually on the same working day.

Refund

In the event of a successful return, the purchase amount will be refunded to the original payment method used within 14 working days.

SHIPPING

The delivery time is 3-5 working days after receipt of your order.

We currently only deliver to Germany and Austria.

The shipping costs per delivery amount to 5 €, but delivery is free of charge for orders over 90 €.

As soon as your order is on its way to you, you will receive a shipping confirmation including a tracking number by e-mail so that you can track your shipment at any time.

You can use this number to conveniently track your delivery via DHL shipment tracking.to track your shipment.
