Order and payment
Do I have to create an account to place an order?
A customer account is required to place an order. Please register with your name, e-mail address and date of birth before placing your first order.
Can I change or cancel my order at a later date?
If you wish to change or cancel your order, please contact our customer support immediately at streetwear@tipico.com. Please note that changes or cancelations are only possible as long as your order has not yet been processed and shipped.
Which payment methods are accepted?
You can pay by credit card (Mastercard, Maestro, Visa), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay.
Shipping and delivery
How long does shipping take?
Shipping usually takes 3-5 working days. You will be notified as soon as the parcel is on its way to you.
How high are the shipping costs?
The shipping costs are 5 €. From an order value of 90 € shipping is free for you.
Can I track my order?
As soon as your order is on its way, you will receive an e-mail with the tracking number.
Do you offer international shipping?
We currently deliver to Germany and Austria.
Can I have my parcel delivered to a pick-up station?
At the moment, we can only deliver your parcel directly to your home. Should this change, we will of course inform you.
What happens if my delivery is lost or arrives damaged?
If your delivery is lost, please contact our customer support team at streetwear@tipico.com and send us your name and order number. We will get back to you immediately.
For damaged items, you can claim your product via our returns portal - please include a photo of the damage so that we can respond to you as quickly as possible.
Can I change the delivery address after I have placed my order?
If you would like to change your delivery address, please contact our customer support immediately at streetwear@tipico.com. Please note that a change is only possible as long as your order has not yet been processed and shipped.
What should I do if my order has not arrived in full?
If your delivery has not arrived in full, please contact our customer support at streetwear@tipico.com and send us your name and order number.
Returns and exchanges
How can I return an order/item?
You can return your order or individual items via our returns portal . You can find all information about the returns process here.
Can I exchange an item?
A direct exchange is unfortunately not possible. Please return the item and place a new order.
How long do I have to return the goods?
Returns must be made within 14 calendar days of receipt of the order.
Is the return shipment free of charge?
Unfortunately, returns are not free of charge. The processing fee for each return order is 3 € and will be deducted from your refund.

When and how will I receive my refund?
Your refund will be made within 14 working days to the payment method used to place the order.
Products and availability
How do I find the right size?
For each product, you will find a size chart with detailed measurements to help you choose the right size. You will also find measurements for our models shown as well as further details on fit etc. in the product description.
What happens when an item is sold out? When will it be available again?
If your desired item is currently sold out, register with your e-mail address and we will notify you as soon as it is available again.
Will there be more parts?
New items will be added to the store. Stay tuned and check back regularly to make sure you don't miss any new items.
Where are the products manufactured?
Most of our products are manufactured in Europe (Portugal, Turkey and Germany). Our customer support team will be happy to answer any further questions you may have.
My customer account
How do I create an account?
Go to the account area and click on "Register". Simply enter your first and last name, your e-mail address, a password and your date of birth.
How do I reset my password?
Go to the login area and click on "Forgot password". Enter your e-mail address - if you have a customer account, we will send you an e-mail with which you can reset your password.
How do I update my account information?
You can easily edit or change your delivery address in your account. For further adjustments, please contact our customer support team by e-mail at streetwear@tipico.com and let us know your request.
How do I delete my user account?
Please contact our customer support team by e-mail at streetwear@tipico.com.
Vouchers
How can I redeem a voucher?
You can enter the voucher code during the payment process. The amount will then be deducted from your invoice amount.
How long is the voucher valid for?
Your voucher is valid for three years from the date of purchase.
Can the voucher also be used in conjunction with discount campaigns?
You can also combine the voucher with discount promotions.
Can the voucher be used for more than one order?
If there is any credit left after your order, it will be saved under your voucher code and you can redeem it on your next order.
Can I return orders that were paid for with a voucher and will I receive a refund?
Of course, you can also return items that were paid for with a voucher. The refund will be made to your voucher. If you have also paid with another payment method, the corresponding amount will be refunded to both your voucher and your payment method.

Are the articles directly from Tipico? Is it perhaps a fake?
We are Tipico. The original. This is the only store that offers original products. Only here you can buy our exclusive products.
