Returns
Would you like to return one or more items? No problem at all.
You can return all items that you have ordered in our store within 14 calendar days of receipt. Please make sure that the ordered products are in their original condition and that the corresponding label has not been removed.
Please use our returns portal to do this:
1. by entering your order number and your e-mail address or zip code, you will be taken to your order overview. Select the items and the reason for return.
2. print out the returns bill and the DHL returns label. Alternatively, you can also show the QR code for the return label directly in your DHL store.
3. pack the items carefully, preferably in the original packaging, and place the return label in the parcel
4. stick the DHL return label clearly visible on the parcel or use the QR code option and hand it in at a DHL shipping point.
After receiving your return, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 working days. The processing fee for each return order is 3 € and will be deducted from your refund.
If you need to return an item because it is defective or has been delivered incorrectly, we will check this on a case-by-case basis and refund the costs for the return. In this case, please contact our customer service at streetwear@tipico.com.
Please note:
Worn or washed items are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
The item must be in its original condition and returned with all tags attached.
The invoice amount will always be refunded to the payment method used to place the order.
It can take up to 14 working days to process a return.
If you have not received a confirmation or refund after this period, please contact our customer service team at streetwear@tipico.com.
Please provide your order number so that we can deal with your request as quickly as possible.
Refunds for gift vouchers
If you wish to return items that you have paid for with a gift voucher, the money will be refunded to your voucher code.
If you only paid for part of your order with your voucher and the rest was purchased with another payment method, the amount you purchased in combination with the voucher will be credited to your voucher code. The remainder will be refunded to you in the form of your previously selected payment method.
Exchanges
We do not offer an exchange service. If you wish, you can return the item to us following the return instructions above and then place a new order for the desired item.
