How to measure correctly:
1. chest circumference
Measure at the widest part of the chest and at the shoulder blades. Let both arms hang down.
2. waist measurement
Place the measuring tape around the natural waistline at the height of the navel.
3. hip circumference
Place the measuring tape around the hips at the widest point.
